3. Service Policy

3.1 Scheduling: Services are arranged upon payment confirmation and should be used within the agreed timeline. Changes must be requested at least 7 days before the session.

3.2 Rescheduling: You may request one reschedule without charge if submitted in advance. Additional changes may incur a reschedule fee.

3.3 Reimbursement: If we cancel a session, we will issue a reimbursement to your original payment method within 14 days of cancellation.

3.4 Non-Reimbursable Cases: Customized one-on-one sessions are non-reimbursable once materials have been prepared, due to dedicated resource allocation.

4. Info Product Policy

4.1 Access: Upon purchase, you gain immediate access to digital learning modules on our platform.

4.2 Usage: Materials are licensed for personal use and may not be shared.

4.3 Reimbursement: Requests within 7 days of purchase are eligible for reimbursement provided less than 25% of modules have been completed. Submit your request via our contact form.

4.4 Non-Reimbursable Cases: If you access more than 25% of the content, the purchase is final.

5. Goods Policy

5.1 Delivery: Physical items ship within 5 business days. Estimated delivery times vary by region.

5.2 Inspection: You must inspect goods upon receipt and report defects within 3 days.

5.3 Reimbursement or Replacement: Defective or damaged items qualify for reimbursement or replacement. Submit details and photos via our contact form. Approved requests are processed within 14 days.

5.4 Shipping for Approved Cases: We cover shipping for approved cases. Otherwise, shipping costs are borne by you.
